Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use AdvisorPPC websites, accounts, workspaces, advertising and analytics connectors, APIs, remote MCP services, and related support.

Your accounts stay under your control

Connecting an advertising platform authorizes AdvisorPPC to use only the permissions you grant. Read and analysis features do not change an account. A supported state-changing action must pass the product's stated approval and safety controls before it runs. You can disconnect or revoke provider access.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using AdvisorPPC, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use AdvisorPPC for a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to bind them and to connect every account you select.

2. What AdvisorPPC provides

AdvisorPPC provides software for connecting authorized advertising and analytics accounts, reading and organizing account data, producing audits and reports, preparing recommendations and drafts, and performing supported account actions. Available platforms, tools, limits, and safeguards vary by plan, provider approval, and product surface.

Recommendations and generated content are assistance, not a guarantee of performance or a substitute for your business, legal, tax, or compliance judgment.

3. Accounts and authorization

  • Keep your AdvisorPPC account secure and provide accurate information.
  • Connect only provider accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and request only work permitted by the account owner and provider.
  • Complete OAuth, consent, passkey, password, and multi-factor steps only in the provider's official interface. Never send those secrets to AdvisorPPC support or an AI prompt.
  • You can disconnect a provider in AdvisorPPC or revoke access through the provider. Revocation may stop dependent features immediately.

4. Reads, drafts, approvals, and account changes

AdvisorPPC distinguishes read-only analysis from actions that change an external account. When a feature is marked as a dry-run, proposal, draft, or confirmation-protected action, you must review the target, parameters, expected effect, and any spend implication before approval. You are responsible for the approvals made by authorized users in your workspace.

Platform conditions can change between preview and execution. AdvisorPPC may refuse, pause, or fail closed when an account, permission, safety check, budget constraint, or provider API is unavailable or inconsistent.

5. Connected platforms and AI clients

Google, Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, and other connected services are independent third parties. Your use of them remains subject to their terms, policies, permissions, rate limits, and review decisions. AdvisorPPC does not control their uptime, interfaces, data retention, account suspensions, or policy changes, and approval by one provider does not imply approval by another.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use AdvisorPPC to:

  • access an account, personal data, or confidential information without authorization;
  • violate advertising, privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, sanctions, or other applicable laws or provider policies;
  • bypass confirmations, spending limits, access controls, rate limits, safety checks, or security protections;
  • scrape for resale, distribute malware, interfere with the service, probe another customer's data, or misrepresent automated output as independently verified; or
  • submit another person's credentials, authentication codes, payment-card data, or sensitive personal data unless a feature explicitly and lawfully requires it.

7. Your data and generated work

You retain your rights in information and materials you provide. You grant AdvisorPPC the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display them to operate the features you request. You are responsible for reviewing generated reports, recommendations, creative, and proposed changes before relying on or publishing them.

8. Plans, billing, and changes

A paid plan's price, included accounts, limits, billing period, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown at purchase or in an applicable order. Advertising spend is charged by the connected platform, not included in an AdvisorPPC subscription, and remains your responsibility. We may change features or pricing prospectively with appropriate notice.

9. No guaranteed advertising result

Advertising outcomes depend on your offer, market, tracking, budget, platform auctions, account history, approvals, and many factors outside AdvisorPPC's control. Examples, forecasts, audits, and recommendations are not promises of revenue, conversions, return on ad spend, or cost savings.

10. Availability, suspension, and termination

We work to keep AdvisorPPC accurate, secure, and available, but the service may be interrupted or changed. We may limit or suspend access to protect users or the service, respond to a legal or provider requirement, address nonpayment, or stop misuse. You may stop using the service and disconnect providers at any time, subject to an applicable paid order.

11. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, AdvisorPPC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet a specific advertising outcome. You remain responsible for your accounts, campaigns, budgets, approvals, compliance, and the decisions you make using the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

12. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as the service, laws, or provider requirements change. We will post the revised terms and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@advisorppc.com. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, or authentication codes by email.
