AdvisorPPC

Documentation · Connector quickstart

Connect AdvisorPPC to your AI client

The AdvisorPPC connector is a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Once it is added to Claude or ChatGPT, your assistant can read and work with the advertising and analytics accounts you have authorized: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, and the other supported ad platforms.

What you are connecting

AdvisorPPC hosts the connector for you. There is nothing to install, download, or self-host, and there are no API keys to paste. You sign in once with OAuth 2.1 using PKCE, your AI client holds a scoped token, and every request runs against only the accounts you connected inside AdvisorPPC.

Supported platforms

  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Search Console
  • YouTube
  • Merchant Center
  • Meta Ads
  • Microsoft Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Pinterest Ads
  • X Ads
Eight routed lines converging through a single green checkpoint bar into one connector endpoint.

1. Before you start

  • An AdvisorPPC account. Sign in at advisorppc.com so the connector has an identity to bind to.
  • At least one connected ad account. Connect Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, or another supported platform in AdvisorPPC first. The connector can only see what you have authorized.
  • An AI client that supports remote MCP servers. Claude and ChatGPT both do.
  • No API keys. Authentication is OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. You never paste a key, token, or password into your AI client.

2. Endpoint URLs

Use the endpoint that matches your client. Both endpoints serve the same connector and the same account data.

  • Claude: https://mcp.advisorppc.com/claude
  • ChatGPT and other MCP clients: https://mcp.advisorppc.com/mcp

3. Add the connector in Claude

  1. Open Settings and go to Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector.
  3. Paste https://mcp.advisorppc.com/claude as the server URL and save it.
  4. Click connect. Claude opens the AdvisorPPC sign-in page. Sign in with OAuth and approve the requested access.
  5. The connector shows as connected. Ask Claude about your accounts, spend, or campaigns to confirm it is working.

4. Add the connector in ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings and go to Connectors.
  2. Choose the option to add an MCP server.
  3. Paste https://mcp.advisorppc.com/mcp as the server URL and save it.
  4. Sign in with OAuth when prompted and approve the requested access.
  5. Start a chat and ask about one of your connected accounts to confirm the connection.

5. What the connector can and cannot do

Reading, reporting, and analysis are always safe: they change nothing. A change to a live ad account is staged as a dry run and runs only after you approve it and it clears the spending guardrails. Details are on our security page.

6. If something does not work

  • Check the URL character for character, including https:// and the trailing path.
  • Confirm you finished the OAuth sign-in. A saved connector with no completed sign-in returns no data.
  • Confirm the ad account is connected in AdvisorPPC and that your provider grant has not been revoked or expired.
  • Still stuck? Write to us from the support page.
