Where these numbers come from

AdvisorPPC (Advisor Media Group LLC) is an AI-native advertising operations company. We build and run Google Ads and Meta Ads for apartments, clinics, entertainment venues and local businesses in the US, Canada and the UK. Every number below comes from the ad platform's own reporting. Account work today runs through Claude with the AdvisorPPC connector: it reads the account, proposes the change, a human approves, and writes apply with confirm.

The situation

The account ran lead and call campaigns for 21 months, from June 2024 to March 2026, on $2,912.81 of total spend. The primary results are 183 lead form leads and 83 calls placed. The same leads are repeated under several Meta action types, so those repeats are not added to the 183.

In the account

  • Lead-objective campaigns, including Instant Form | Mayfield Gardens | 2026 at $800.00 spend.
  • Call campaigns on the same objective: Call Campaign | Mayfield Gardens | 2025 at $715.00, and Mayfield Gardens Apartments | 2 & 3 Bedroom Apts | Call Focused | 2025 at $1,047.47.
  • Lead form results are the lead action (183). Calls placed are click_to_call_native_call_placed (83), not the confirmed-call count and not the 20-second call events.
  • Spend in the 2025 monthly table stayed between $20.25 and $267.51 in the months that table lists.

$41,891.84 spend, 5,503,975 impressions, 188,353 clicks, 3.42% click-through rate, $0.22 cost per click. Cost per website lead is $69.01 ($41,891.84 divided by 607). January to April 2025: 94 conversion events on $4,885.89. July to December 2025: 3,342 conversion events on $7,604.12. The file lists 25 months with spend and a last active month of August 2025, while the monthly table continues through December 2025.

The situation

From 2023 to 2025 the account spent $41,891.84 and recorded 607 website leads on the lead action. In the 2025 monthly table, conversion events were 94 on $4,885.89 of spend from January to April, then 3,342 on $7,604.12 from July to December. That monthly column sums action types, so it is not 3,342 people and it is not added to the 607 leads.

In the account

  • Website leads are tracked on the lead action, and the same 607 also appears as onsite_web_lead and as the Meta pixel lead event.
  • The largest campaign in the pull is Complete Eye Care | Video Ads | 2026, objective leads, at $14,600.44 spend.
  • Two other leads-objective campaigns sit behind it: Complete Eye Care | AEC | ECM | 2026 at $2,455.92, and Diabetic Eye Exams | AEC | ECM | 2026 at $1,807.26.
  • No purchase action is in the breakdown. The account is measured on website leads, not on purchases.

The value is the file's conversion value total and is not broken out per action type.

The situation

Sales campaigns for an escape room in Evansville ran for 25 months and were measured on purchases, not on leads. The purchase action shows 246 purchases. A reported conversion value of $160,766.68 against $16,381.76 of spend is 9.81x, with 35 confirmed calls counted separately.

In the account

  • Sales Focused Campaign | Optimal Escape | Traditional Escape Room | ERPPC, objective sales, $3,299.57 spend.
  • Optimal Escape | Website Bookings | Team Building | Evansville, objective sales, $6,842.95 spend.
  • Conversion Focused Campaign | Optimal Escape | Traditional Escape Room | ERPPC, objective sales, $1,515.55 spend.

The situation

This is a three-month test, not a scaled account. One campaign, Baffled | Top Of The Funnel | Arizona | ERPPC, spent the entire $369.59 from August to October 2023 on a link-click objective. The lead action recorded 402 website leads, which is $0.92 per lead, and a single purchase is not treated as the result.

In the account

  • The only campaign in the pull is a link-click, top-of-funnel campaign for Arizona, and it accounts for the full $369.59.
  • Website leads fired on the lead action, onsite_web_lead, and the Meta pixel lead event, each at 402, so the lead count is 402 rather than the sum.
  • The account ran for 3 months with spend, August 2023 to October 2023, and then stopped. Impressions were 191,785 and clicks were 770.

Reported conversions 3,462.5 are not a booking count. February to July 2025: 20,356.44 Canadian dollars cost, 69,513.32 Canadian dollars conversion value, 3.41x on that window. September 2026 is a partial month in the pull.

The situation

Xperience Games Kelowna has been in Google Ads since October 2017. Lifetime spend is 157,141.29 Canadian dollars and the file's conversion value is 443,009.02 Canadian dollars, a 2.82x reported return. In 2018 and 2019 the recorded value was about one Canadian dollar per conversion, and the action list still includes page views, old Analytics goals and YouTube events, so the lifetime count of 3,462.5 conversions is not a booking count.

In the account

  • Performance Max includes Pmax-trial, paused, at 38,949.06 Canadian dollars of spend, and Performance Max Campaign | Xperience Games | Kelowna | New, enabled, at 7,321.74 Canadian dollars.
